This job opportunity is with a restaurant that operates under the McDonald’s brand but is owned and managed by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee has licensed rights to use McDonald’s logos and food products to run the restaurant, but all employment decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling are handled exclusively by the franchisee. McDonald’s USA itself does not have any control over employment matters and does not receive employment applications or participate in interview or hiring decisions. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to lead and manage shifts
- knowledge of food safety standards
- flexibility to work various shifts
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain operational standards under pressure

Job Qualifications
- previous leadership experience preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments preferred
- positive team player with flexibility
- passion for working in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor shift performance to meet standards
- ensure food safety and quality production
- manage inventory, scheduling, and training
- maintain daily cleanliness and safety protocols
- communicate effectively with successive Shift Managers
