This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, enabling them to operate the restaurant under the McDonald's brand. If hired for this role, the franchisee will be your employer rather than McDonald's USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and employee scheduling. McDonald's USA exercises no control over these employment decisions and will not participate in the hiring process or receive copies of employment applications.

The position available is a Shift Manager role at a McDonald's restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership during your shifts to both crew members and fellow managers, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met.
