The Shift Manager role at The Gillis Organization offers a dynamic career opportunity within these well-established McDonald's locations. This position demands a leadership mindset, as Shift Managers are responsible for guiding crew members and other managers during their shifts to ensure that McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met. Shift Managers play an essential role in day-to-day operations by planning shifts, monitoring performance, ensuring safety and security, managing inventory, and maintaining superior customer service. They also collaborate with incoming Shift Managers to ensure seamless shift transitions and operational efficiency.

This full-time management position is structured as a fast-track management program with a starting salary between $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, which varies based on experience and the volume of the locations managed. The role includes additional monthly bonus opportunities based on performance metrics, offering motivated individuals the chance to increase their earnings. Job Duties
