They also collaborate with incoming Shift Managers to ensure seamless shift transitions and operational efficiency.

This full-time management position is structured as a fast-track management program with a starting salary between $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, which varies based on experience and the volume of the locations managed. The role includes additional monthly bonus opportunities based on performance metrics, offering motivated individuals the chance to increase their earnings.
