This restaurant is part of a vibrant network of McDonald’s franchise-operated locations, independently owned and managed by a dedicated franchisee. Although the restaurant proudly uses the iconic McDonald’s logos and food products, it operates as a separate company from McDonald’s USA. This independent franchisee holds full responsibility for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and discipline. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- previous leadership experience preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- commitment to maintaining McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- ability to communicate effectively with staff
- willingness to uphold safety and security protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment ideal
- positive team player with flexible schedule
- passion for fast-paced work environment
- ability to coach and direct team members
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan for each shift and monitor performance
- take action to meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- communicate with the next Shift Manager for shift transition
- manage food safety compliance
- maintain internal communication
- handle inventory management
- oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness
- manage crew members
- ensure quality food production
- deliver exceptional customer service
- oversee safety and security measures
- schedule staff
- conduct training sessions for employees
