Job Description

This restaurant is part of a vibrant network of McDonald’s franchise-operated locations, independently owned and managed by a dedicated franchisee. Although the restaurant proudly uses the iconic McDonald’s logos and food products, it operates as a separate company from McDonald’s USA. This independent franchisee holds full responsibility for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and discipline.
