Job Description

This job posting is for a Shift Manager position at a McDonald's restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • prior leadership experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • provide leadership and coaching to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan and monitor shift performance to meet company standards
  • ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
  • manage inventory and maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance
  • oversee safety, security, and scheduling
  • train new and existing employees to enhance team performance
