Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- prior leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- provide leadership and coaching to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor shift performance to meet company standards
- ensure food safety and quality standards are consistently met
- manage inventory and maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance
- oversee safety, security, and scheduling
- train new and existing employees to enhance team performance
