This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee who owns and operates a McDonalds restaurant, utilizing McDonalds logos, trademarks, and food products under a licensing agreement but functioning as a separate company from McDonalds USA. Job Requirements
- 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- Plan, monitor, and take action to meet performance standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- Communicate with next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transition
- Manage food safety, inventory, and cleanliness
- Schedule, train, and coach crew members
