Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or leadership preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Commitment to following food safety and cleanliness standards
