Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Good communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Plan each shift and monitor team performance
- Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness meet restaurant standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability of each shift
- Communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for upcoming shifts
- Manage food safety and inventory
- Oversee scheduling, training, and development of crew
