Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum age of 18 years
- prior leadership experience preferred
- availability for flexible scheduling
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong leadership and team management skills
- good communication abilities

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
- plan for each shift and monitor performance
- take action to meet McDonald’s standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager for smooth shift transitions
- meet targets and help assigned departments achieve their goals
