Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum one year of prior experience in restaurant management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong delegation and coaching skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and both day and night shifts

Job Duties
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant including, but not limited to: completing opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures, thorough communication and occasional problem-solving/troubleshooting
- Learn to perform all essential GM duties and ensure completion of these duties during GM's absence or at the GM's request
- Train, supervise, coach and motivate a team of dedicated employees
- Assist the GM in both recruiting and disciplinary processes
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Full cash-handling responsibilities
