Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of prior experience in restaurant management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong delegation and coaching skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and both day and night shifts

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant including, but not limited to: completing opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures, thorough communication and occasional problem-solving/troubleshooting
  • Learn to perform all essential GM duties and ensure completion of these duties during GM's absence or at the GM's request
  • Train, supervise, coach and motivate a team of dedicated employees
  • Assist the GM in both recruiting and disciplinary processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
  • Full cash-handling responsibilities
