Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous leadership or management experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to upholding food safety and quality standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Willingness to train and develop team members

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment is ideal
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive and flexible attitude towards teamwork
  • At least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Plan and monitor shift activities to meet quality, service and cleanliness standards
  • Oversee food safety and maintain compliance
  • Manage inventory and daily maintenance tasks
  • Provide leadership and coaching to crew and other managers
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and manage safety and security protocols
  • Schedule staff and conduct training sessions
