Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Willingness to train and develop team members

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring customer satisfaction
- Plan and monitor shift activities to meet quality, service and cleanliness standards
- Oversee food safety and maintain compliance
- Manage inventory and daily maintenance tasks
- Provide leadership and coaching to crew and other managers
- Ensure exceptional customer service and manage safety and security protocols
- Schedule staff and conduct training sessions
