Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • Plan and monitor shift performance to meet McDonald’s standards
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
  • Communicate with next Shift Manager for seamless shift transitions
  • Manage food safety, inventory, and daily cleanliness
  • Train, schedule, and develop crew members
