This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use the McDonald’s brand, including its logos and food products. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald’s locations, this franchisee operates as a separate business entity with its own management and employment policies. This means that if you are hired for this position, you will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. Job Duties
- lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan each shift and monitor team performance
- take action to ensure standards for quality, service, and cleanliness are met
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to ensure shift continuity
- manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, crew scheduling, quality food production, customer service, training, and safety protocols
