This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use the McDonald’s brand, including its logos and food products. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald’s locations, this franchisee operates as a separate business entity with its own management and employment policies. Job Duties
- lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan each shift and monitor team performance
- take action to ensure standards for quality, service, and cleanliness are met
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to ensure shift continuity
- manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, crew scheduling, quality food production, customer service, training, and safety protocols
