Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service
  • 6+ months supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and motivate a team
  • Strong customer service and problem-resolution skills
  • Physical stamina for long periods of standing and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Availability to work various shifts including weekends
  • Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification during training
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role

Job Duties

  • Train and support your team by reinforcing food safety practices and coaching crew members
  • Oversee daily operations including setting up registers and preparing for shifts
  • Ensure the restaurant is ready to open or close efficiently
  • Deliver excellence by meeting quality, safety, and service standards in coordination with management
  • Lead by example through supervising, coordinating, and delegating tasks effectively
  • Solve problems by professionally addressing customer feedback and operational challenges
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
