Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service
- 6+ months supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and motivate a team
- Strong customer service and problem-resolution skills
- Physical stamina for long periods of standing and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends
- Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification during training
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Train and support your team by reinforcing food safety practices and coaching crew members
- Oversee daily operations including setting up registers and preparing for shifts
- Ensure the restaurant is ready to open or close efficiently
- Deliver excellence by meeting quality, safety, and service standards in coordination with management
- Lead by example through supervising, coordinating, and delegating tasks effectively
- Solve problems by professionally addressing customer feedback and operational challenges
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
