Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • at least 1 year experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to multitask and motivate a team
  • problem-solving skills
  • physical stamina for fast-paced environment and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
  • willingness to complete ServSafe certification
  • reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Train and support your team
  • oversee daily operations including setting up registers and preparing for busy shifts
  • ensure the restaurant is ready to open or close
  • work closely with restaurant management to meet quality, safety, and service standards
  • supervise, coordinate, and delegate tasks while creating a supportive, efficient environment
  • address customer feedback and operational challenges with professionalism
  • maintain cleanliness, food safety, and prep standards while mentoring crew members
