Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role
- 6+ months of supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
- Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a team

- Knowledge of food safety standards or willingness to obtain certification
Job Duties
- Train and support your team by reinforcing food safety practices, coach crew members, and inspire a positive workplace
- Oversee daily operations, including setting up registers, preparing for busy shifts, and ensuring the restaurant is ready to open or close
- Deliver excellence by working closely with management to meet quality, safety, and service standards
- Lead by example by supervising, coordinating, and delegating tasks while maintaining a supportive and efficient environment
- Solve problems by addressing customer feedback and operational challenges with professionalism and care
- Oversee opening and closing duties to ensure timely starts and smooth finishes
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and prep standards while mentoring crew members
- Lead kitchen operations to ensure top-notch quality and food safety
- Guide your team in preparing Wendy's iconic menu items
- Mentor and develop team members for long-term success
- Drive a service culture that exceeds customer expectations
- Plan daily operations and lead team huddles to align everyone with key priorities
