This position offers an hourly wage of $20.00 plus tips and bonuses, reflecting a competitive compensation package for shift managers. Shift managers at Five Guys are entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing daily restaurant operations in the absence of the general manager. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards across various facets such as product preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team leadership, and inventory management. The role demands versatility, as shift managers are trained to perform all duties executed by crew members and shift leaders, with an added focus on operational leadership and administrative tasks.
