Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred
- Ability to create a great work environment for the team
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality
- High personal and team standards
- Willingness to work during operational hours from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm without drive-thru

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in the absence of the general manager
- Ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation, delivery, and food safety
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee restaurant maintenance and cleanliness
- Manage inventory control and ordering processes
- Train and support crew members and shift leaders
- Implement company policies and handle administrative tasks as required
