Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred
  • Ability to create a great work environment for the team
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Honest, energetic, motivational, and fun personality
  • High personal and team standards
  • Willingness to work during operational hours from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm without drive-thru

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations in the absence of the general manager
  • Ensure compliance with company standards in product preparation, delivery, and food safety
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee restaurant maintenance and cleanliness
  • Manage inventory control and ordering processes
  • Train and support crew members and shift leaders
  • Implement company policies and handle administrative tasks as required
