Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to multitask and motivate a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
- Willingness to travel to different locations as needed
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Commitment to completing ServSafe certification
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and multitasking skills
- Ability to resolve customer concerns professionally
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training
Job Duties
- Train and support your team by reinforcing food safety practices and coaching crew members
- Oversee daily operations including setting up registers and preparing for busy shifts
- Ensure the restaurant is ready to open or close with all standards met
- Work closely with management to meet quality, safety, and service standards
- Supervise, coordinate, and delegate tasks to create an efficient and supportive environment
- Address customer feedback and solve operational problems with professionalism
- Foster a positive workplace culture by inspiring and mentoring team members
