Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant or shift management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to manage food and labor costs
- Experience with P&L and operations management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Emotional resilience and patience
- Knowledge of food safety standards and employment law
Job Duties
- Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
- Assist management with training and coaching team members
- Utilize AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
- Implement restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
- Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
- Maintain high standards of workplace safety
- Follow all government regulations, employment law, food safety and operational policies
