This value embodies their belief that a positive attitude in pursuing goals directly influences the success achieved. The Shift Manager role at AES Restaurant Group is a critical position tasked with overseeing restaurant operations and leading team members during assigned shifts to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction. They utilize AES systems to manage restaurant operations effectively, maintain strict controls over cash and inventory, and aim to consistently meet targets related to service standards, operational performance, and financial outcomes. The role demands managing profit and loss, food cost, and labor cost efficiently, often in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates are those who demonstrate respect and clear communication with others, excel in coaching and developing team members, and possess emotional resilience and patience necessary to lead effectively under pressure. They should be capable of quick thinking, uphold high standards in integrity and customer satisfaction, and possess relevant experience in leadership, operations management, and restaurant management. The company also places a strong emphasis on workplace safety and regulatory compliance, ensuring all team activities align with employment law, food safety protocols, and accounting controls.

AES Restaurant Group's vision is to be the favorite fast-food destination for guests, and the role of the Shift Manager is pivotal in achieving this ambition by driving day-to-day operational excellence and fostering a welcoming and efficient restaurant environment.
