  • sense of urgency and passion for food
  • ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • strong leadership abilities
  • excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • availability to work weekdays, weeknights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Provide an amazing Beef Shack experience for all guests
  • hands-on approach while working side by side with crew
  • strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • actively motivate and inspire team members
  • oversee daily team, kitchen and front of house operations for smooth flow and efficiency
  • coach team members in the moment
  • train staff on portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, policies and procedures
  • prepare menu items according to established recipes and procedures
  • ensure speed of service
  • participate in opening and closing restaurant following procedures
  • act as an integral part of the leadership team
