Job Requirements

- Previous fast-food or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervise shift by managing staff and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Motivate and guide team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
- Interact with customers to take orders and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain high standards of food safety by monitoring preparation and handling
- Handle cash transactions accurately and keep financial records
- Oversee inventory management including stock rotation and supply ordering
- Prepare shift reports detailing sales, labor costs, and incidents
- Train new employees on policies, procedures, and customer service
- Resolve conflicts and handle unexpected situations efficiently
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and organizational standards
- Promote new menu items and special deals to increase sales
