Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous fast-food or restaurant experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records
  • Reliable and punctual with strong problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant or fast-food environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise shift by managing staff and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Motivate and guide team members to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
  • Interact with customers to take orders and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain high standards of food safety by monitoring preparation and handling
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and keep financial records
  • Oversee inventory management including stock rotation and supply ordering
  • Prepare shift reports detailing sales, labor costs, and incidents
  • Train new employees on policies, procedures, and customer service
  • Resolve conflicts and handle unexpected situations efficiently
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness and organizational standards
  • Promote new menu items and special deals to increase sales
