Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service
- Six plus months supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and motivate a team
- Physical stamina to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends
- Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training
- Reliable transportation to and from work

- Oversee daily operations including setting up registers and preparing for shifts
- Deliver excellence by meeting quality, safety, and service standards
- Lead by example through supervising, coordinating, and delegating tasks
- Solve problems professionally addressing customer feedback and operational challenges
- Oversee opening and closing duties ensuring smooth shift transitions
- Lead kitchen operations focusing on quality and food safety
