Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor performance for each shift
- ensure compliance with McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- manage food safety, inventory, and daily maintenance
- supervise scheduling and training of staff
- maintain safety and security throughout the restaurant
