Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan and monitor performance for each shift
  • ensure compliance with McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • manage food safety, inventory, and daily maintenance
  • supervise scheduling and training of staff
  • maintain safety and security throughout the restaurant
