This restaurant is part of a network owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Unlike corporate-owned establishments, this franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products but functions as a separate legal entity from McDonald's USA. This means that employment matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, discipline, and supervision are managed solely by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Candidates should be aware that their employment contract, workplace policies, and employee benefits will be governed entirely by the franchisee that owns and manages the specific restaurant where they work.

Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years leadership experience
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to plan, monitor, and take action during shifts
- knowledge of safety and security protocols
- strong organizational skills
- excellent customer service ability
- flexible to work varying shifts including weekends
Job Qualifications
- previous leadership experience preferably in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
- ability to motivate and lead a team
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- experience with inventory management

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast, accurate and friendly service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service and cleanliness
- plan for each shift monitoring performance and taking action to meet standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager to prepare for continued smooth operations
- manage food safety and inventory
- conduct daily maintenance and uphold cleanliness standards
- manage crew scheduling and training
- deliver exceptional customer service
