This restaurant is part of a network owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Unlike corporate-owned establishments, this franchisee operates under a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products but functions as a separate legal entity from McDonald's USA. This means that employment matters such as hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, discipline, and supervision are managed solely by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Candidates should be aware that their employment contract, workplace policies, and employee benefits will be governed entirely by the franchisee that owns and manages the specific restaurant where they work.
The role available is that of a Shift Manager, who plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant during each shift. The Shift Manager acts as a leader and motivator for the team, ensuring that customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service every time they visit. Job Requirements
- minimum of 2 years leadership experience
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to plan, monitor, and take action during shifts
- knowledge of safety and security protocols
- strong organizational skills
- excellent customer service ability
- flexible to work varying shifts including weekends
