Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to lead shifts effectively
  • flexible availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • good communication and organizational skills
  • previous leadership experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
  • positive team player with flexible schedule
  • passion to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure quality, service and cleanliness
  • plan for each shift and monitor performance during shifts
  • take action to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
  • monitor safety, security and profitability
  • communicate with next shift manager to prepare for next shift
  • manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness
  • manage crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security
  • schedule and train team members
