Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to lead shifts effectively
- flexible availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- good communication and organizational skills
- previous leadership experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
- positive team player with flexible schedule
- passion to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure quality, service and cleanliness
- plan for each shift and monitor performance during shifts
- take action to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
- monitor safety, security and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager to prepare for next shift
- manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness
- manage crew, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security
- schedule and train team members
