This position is with a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but functions as an independent company responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer, handling hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, with no involvement from McDonald's USA in these processes. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- have previous leadership experience preferably in restaurant, retail or hospitality
- be able to work a flexible schedule
- demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills
- possess the ability to manage a team effectively
- have a commitment to quality, service, safety, and cleanliness
- be willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week
