Job Description

This position is with a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but functions as an independent company responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant. If hired, the franchisee will be your employer, handling hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, with no involvement from McDonald's USA in these processes. McDonald's USA will not receive your employment application or participate in any employment decisions.

The role available is for a Shift Manager in a dynamic, fast-paced McDonald's restaurant environment.
