The role being offered is a Shift Manager position, which is critical for the successful daily operations of the restaurant. The position requires overseeing food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, cleanliness, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety and security, scheduling, and training. Shift Managers often plan and monitor performance metrics during their shifts, taking timely actions to meet McDonald's standards and operational goals. They also assist and communicate with the subsequent Shift Manager to ensure continuity and excellence across all shifts.
