Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older

- knowledge of food safety practices
- strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- previous leadership experience preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is ideal

Job Duties
- plan shifts and monitor performance during each shift
- lead and manage crew and other managers on shift
- ensure compliance with food safety standards
- maintain internal communication and coordination between shifts
- manage inventory and oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness
- deliver quality food production and exceptional customer service
- enforce safety and security protocols
- schedule staff effectively
