Job Description
This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products in the restaurant operations, but operates as an independent business entity responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, staffing, discipline, supervision, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibility
- commitment to quality customer service
- willingness to follow safety and operational guidelines
Job Qualifications
- previous leadership experience preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts and ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor shift performance
- ensure team meets quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager for shift preparation
- manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, maintenance, crew, quality food production, customer service, safety, scheduling, and training
