This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. Although the restaurant operates under McDonald’s branding and utilizes its logos and food products, the franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment-related decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA does not oversee these employment matters, nor does it receive job applications or participate in hiring decisions. The franchise model allows the restaurant to bring the trusted McDonald’s experience to local communities, while being managed with the unique approach and leadership style of the franchisee.
