This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. Although the restaurant operates under McDonald’s branding and utilizes its logos and food products, the franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment-related decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling.
