Shift Managers lead weekly shifts by overseeing crews and other managers to uphold high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. Tasks include shift planning, monitoring performance, ensuring food safety and security, managing inventory, daily maintenance, scheduling, training, and meeting targets. You will also communicate with next shift managers to support seamless transition and successful shift operations. Leadership experience, especially in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings, is preferred to excel in this position. This position starts with hourly wages ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 based on experience, along with monthly bonus opportunities.
