Job Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Ability to lead shifts and provide team leadership
Experience managing food safety and quality standards
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage inventory and scheduling
Flexible availability to work varying shifts
Willingness to provide exceptional customer service

Job Qualifications

Previous leadership experience preferred
Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments preferred
Positive team player with a flexible schedule
Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lead and develop team members

Job Duties

Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
Plan and monitor shift performance to meet McDonald’s standards
Monitor food safety, safety, security, and profitability during shifts
Communicate with next Shift Manager for smooth transitions
Manage inventory, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
Schedule and train crew members
