Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast food or retail supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
- Availability to manage shifts and handle team responsibilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
