This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates as a distinct entity responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and supervision. This distinction means that any employment decisions, including interviews and hiring, are solely managed by the franchisee, with no involvement or oversight from McDonald's USA. The role available is that of a Shift Manager, a leadership position integral to the daily operations of this fast-paced restaurant. The Shift Manager is responsible for leading shifts, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service during every visit. This role is deeply rooted in maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness, key pillars that drive customer satisfaction at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, the successful candidate will provide guidance and motivation to crew members and fellow managers, overseeing that all aspects of the operation meet the established standards.
