Job Description

This job posting is for a Shift Manager position at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products. The franchisee operates as a separate entity from McDonald’s USA and independently manages all employment aspects including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and discipline. Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers
  • Plan and monitor shift performance
  • Ensure compliance with McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • Communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for shift
  • Manage scheduling, training, and inventory
  • Oversee food safety and daily maintenance
  • Foster exceptional customer service
