This job posting is for a Shift Manager position at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products. Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers
- Plan and monitor shift performance
- Ensure compliance with McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for shift
- Manage scheduling, training, and inventory
- Oversee food safety and daily maintenance
- Foster exceptional customer service
