This job posting is for a Shift Manager position at a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products. The franchisee operates as a separate entity from McDonald’s USA and independently manages all employment aspects including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and discipline. As such, employees hired for this position will be employed by the franchisee and not McDonald’s USA, which does not participate in any employment decisions or receive employee applications.
The establishment is a McDonald’s franchise restaurant, part of a globally recognized fast-food chain known for its quick service and quality food. The franchise operates within the guidelines of McDonald’s corporate brand but retains operational independence.
