Job Requirements

  • Reliable transportation
  • ability to perform physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
  • willingness to obtain ServSafe certification by the end of training
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • previous experience in customer service or retail for at least 6 months

Job Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service roles
  • strong leadership abilities with a positive and friendly attitude
  • ability to work well in a team environment
  • capability to multitask while maintaining composure
  • willingness and ability to obtain ServSafe certification
  • strong service focus and work ethic

Job Duties

  • Provide daily leadership to restaurant staff to ensure operational goals are met
  • mentor and develop team members to enhance their performance
  • manage shift operations including opening and closing responsibilities
  • oversee back of house activities ensuring food safety and quality standards
  • deliver excellent guest experience maintaining high customer service standards
  • maintain composure and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • enforce company policies and service protocols consistently
