Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- ability to perform physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
- willingness to obtain ServSafe certification by the end of training
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
- previous experience in customer service or retail for at least 6 months

- At least 6 months of experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service roles
- strong leadership abilities with a positive and friendly attitude
- ability to work well in a team environment
- capability to multitask while maintaining composure
- willingness and ability to obtain ServSafe certification

Job Duties
- Provide daily leadership to restaurant staff to ensure operational goals are met
- mentor and develop team members to enhance their performance
- manage shift operations including opening and closing responsibilities
- oversee back of house activities ensuring food safety and quality standards
- deliver excellent guest experience maintaining high customer service standards
- maintain composure and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- enforce company policies and service protocols consistently
