Job Requirements

  • Ability to work at least three days per week and 30 hours minimum
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and automobile for bank deposits and deliveries
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for training or meetings
  • Accessible telephone during off-duty hours
  • Physical strength and agility to handle restaurant duties
  • Ability to maintain composure under stress
  • Ability to perform arithmetic and documentation tasks at a 12th-grade level
  • Ability to perform all hourly team member duties
  • Effective communication with diverse individuals

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse team members and customers
  • Capability to lead, motivate and discipline staff
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with inventory, cash handling, and payroll procedures
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and employment laws
  • Ability to use restaurant management systems and equipment

Job Duties

  • Executing daily restaurant operations in line with RGM and corporate plans
  • Managing cash handling, banking, and deposits
  • Controlling cost of sales by monitoring inventory and product preparation
  • Managing labor hours, scheduling, and team member productivity
  • Ensuring positive customer relations and resolving complaints
  • Training, supervising, and coaching team members
  • Administering company policies and maintaining compliance with all regulations
