Job Requirements
- Ability to work at least three days per week and 30 hours minimum
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and automobile for bank deposits and deliveries
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally for training or meetings
- Accessible telephone during off-duty hours
- Physical strength and agility to handle restaurant duties
- Ability to maintain composure under stress
- Ability to perform arithmetic and documentation tasks at a 12th-grade level
- Ability to perform all hourly team member duties
- Effective communication with diverse individuals
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse team members and customers
- Capability to lead, motivate and discipline staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with inventory, cash handling, and payroll procedures
- Knowledge of health, safety, and employment laws
- Ability to use restaurant management systems and equipment
Job Duties
- Executing daily restaurant operations in line with RGM and corporate plans
- Managing cash handling, banking, and deposits
- Controlling cost of sales by monitoring inventory and product preparation
- Managing labor hours, scheduling, and team member productivity
- Ensuring positive customer relations and resolving complaints
- Training, supervising, and coaching team members
- Administering company policies and maintaining compliance with all regulations
