This opportunity is for the role of Shift Manager at Dawkins Management Group's McDonald's restaurants. The Shift Manager is a crucial leadership position responsible for overseeing the flow of operations during a shift to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • Plan shifts and monitor performance to meet McDonald's standards
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth shift transitions
  • Manage food safety and quality food production
  • Oversee inventory management, daily maintenance, cleanliness, scheduling, and training
