Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • excellent communication skills

  • basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate and friendly customer service
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure quality, service and cleanliness
  • plan and monitor performance during shifts
  • take action to ensure team meets McDonald's standards
  • monitor safety, security and profitability
  • communicate with next shift manager for smooth transition
  • manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness
  • manage crew, quality food production and exceptional customer service
  • handle scheduling and training
