Job Requirements

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate and friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure quality, service and cleanliness
- plan and monitor performance during shifts
- take action to ensure team meets McDonald's standards
- monitor safety, security and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager for smooth transition
- manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance and cleanliness
- manage crew, quality food production and exceptional customer service
- handle scheduling and training
