This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. Although the franchisee uses the McDonald's licensed logos and food products, it functions as an independent company and is solely responsible for all employment matters, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and employee discipline. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness
- Plan each shift and monitor team performance
- Take action to meet McDonald's operational standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with next Shift Manager for smooth shift transitions
- Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training
