We are currently seeking Shift Managers who will play a pivotal role in guiding team members during shifts and ensuring every customer experiences fast, accurate, and friendly service. As a Shift Manager, you will provide leadership to crew members and other managers throughout your shift, ensuring that quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met or exceeded. This role requires someone passionate about managing operations, coaching employees, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Shift Managers at JV & Sons & CJD Restaurants will handle diverse responsibilities that include planning shifts, monitoring team performance, and taking the necessary initiatives to meet business goals. Communication between shifts is vital, as you will prepare incoming managers to run successful shifts as well. Responsibilities also include overseeing food safety, inventory management, team scheduling, training new employees, and upholding safety and security protocols. This combination of operational and leadership duties makes the role both challenging and rewarding.
We value candidates with previous leadership experience, ideally from a restaurant, retail, or hospitality background, and a strong passion for team collaboration and customer satisfaction. Applicants must enjoy working in an energetic, fast-paced setting and have a flexible schedule. To be eligible for a managerial role, applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
