Job Requirements

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan for each shift and monitor performance
- ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager to prepare for successful transition
- manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, scheduling, training, and exceptional customer service
