Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role recommended
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Job Qualifications

Previous leadership experience preferred
Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment desirable
Ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting
Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
Plan for each shift and monitor performance
Take action to meet McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
Monitor safety, security, and profitability
Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager for seamless shift transitions
Manage scheduling and train new employees
