Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role recommended
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan for each shift and monitor performance
- Take action to meet McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager for seamless shift transitions
- Manage scheduling and train new employees
