Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in fast food or restaurant management
Ability to communicate effectively
Strong leadership skills
Knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Experience in restaurant management
Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

Keep the restaurant exceptionally clean and well-run
Assist Assistant General Manager and General Manager in daily fast food restaurant operations
Execute company policies, procedures, and programs
Motivate and lead staff
Ensure compliance with food safety procedures
Manage food and labor costs
Maintain safe working conditions
Provide training for crew members
Deliver fast, accurate, and top-notch customer service
Monitor food inventory levels
Work with team to meet sales goals
