Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or leadership preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise and lead food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald's standards
  • Take action around safety, security, inventory, and profitability
  • Cultivate and encourage training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant
  • Drive and expect a high level of performance from the team
