Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly to provide fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- Plan shift activities and monitor team performance
- Ensure quality food production and adherence to food safety standards
- Manage crew scheduling, coaching, and development
- Maintain daily restaurant cleanliness and equipment maintenance
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- Facilitate internal communication and coordinate with subsequent shift managers
