Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Lead the experience by handling and overseeing crew schedules
- Inspire and empower by providing encouraging leadership for crew and managers to deliver an outstanding guest experience
- Understand that teamwork is key by supervising and leading food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald’s standards
- Take action first by managing safety, security, inventory, and profitability
- Never stop learning by cultivating and encouraging training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant
- Be results oriented by driving and expecting a high level of performance from the team
