- Lead the experience by handling and overseeing crew schedules
- Inspire and empower by providing encouraging leadership for crew and managers to ensure outstanding guest experiences
- Understand that teamwork is key by supervising and leading food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald's standards
- Take action first by addressing safety, security, inventory, and profitability concerns
- Never stop learning by cultivating and encouraging training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant
