Job Description
This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's logos and food products while running the restaurant, but it functions as a separate entity and employer from McDonald's USA. If hired, the franchisee will serve as your direct employer and will be solely responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Ability to manage time and multitask effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Commitment to upholding food safety and quality standards
- Ability to train and supervise team members
- Strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Plan and monitor shift performance to meet McDonald's standards
- Manage food safety and daily cleanliness
- Oversee inventory management and scheduling
- Provide training and coaching to crew and managers
- Maintain safety and security of the restaurant
- Communicate effectively with team and next shift manager
