This franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA and is solely responsible for all employment matters related to the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling employees. Applicants hired for this role will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA, and McDonald’s USA will have no control or involvement in any employment decisions for this position.
