This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. Although affiliated through branding and product offerings, this franchisee operates as a separate business entity from McDonald's USA. Consequently, all employment decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled exclusively by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA. This ensures locally driven management tailored to the community needs while delivering the globally recognized McDonald's experience.
