Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan and monitor shift performance to meet company standards
- Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and training
- Maintain food safety, daily cleanliness, safety, and security
- Communicate effectively with team members and next Shift Manager
