This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant operated by the Yoon Organization, an independent franchisee licensed to use the McDonald's brand and its associated logos and food products. As such, this franchisee operates as a completely separate company from McDonald's USA and is solely responsible for all employment decisions including hiring, scheduling, and staffing, which makes this position unique in that your employer will be the franchisee and not McDonald's USA. The role available is for a Shift Manager who will be crucial in managing the restaurant's day-to-day operations during their assigned shifts. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
